Custom art takes time, and unfortunately it varies greatly based on the type of artwork that is ordered. Most orders can take 1-2 weeks to create the artwork, and 1-2 weeks for shipping if ordering a print or frame. If you need it sooner, you can contact me and I can try to prioritize as needed!

I am a trained artist, however, I have temporarily moved away from traditional painting to offer fast turnaround, low prices and a variety of material/sizes. That and painting with traditional paints and being with a toddler all day doesn't mix well! A digital painting provides the same quality as a traditional painting without the hefty price tag! It is done by hand (no filters/ AI), just not made with real paint.

Due to the nature of custom art, I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds and returns for custom orders. I will, however, work with you the best I can in order to make sure you are happy and in love with your order! Please do not hesitate to let me know if there are any changes that need to be made.

I do offer returns and refunds on non-custom ornaments within 30 days of purchase.

Good question! If you go on other websites you can sometimes find extremely affordable "Custom" art. With many of these sellers, they use AI or apps that use filters to alter the images to make them appear painted. If this is something you would prefer, that is a great option! However, the work I provide is priced based on my 15 years of practice and experience, and the many hours it often takes me to complete a piece of art.

It isn't always easy to price art, but please take into consideration that many of my paintings can range anywhere from taking 5 hours to 20+ hours. My prices alter based on the complication of the peice as well as my estimation of time commitment.
